final- Indesign project
For the final Indesign project. I instantly thought of comic book layouts and the impact in which the layout communicates a storyline. I think there is a lot of imagery from graphic novels that I can play with along with framing and text. I’ve scanned images from my Sin City graphic novel and hoping to have more of a ‘film noir” feel to it.
after speaking with my sister, we decided a heart disease poster would be much more necessary to be communicated than a diabetes poster and less complicated.
i found an image of a heart and based my logo on both heart and stroke.
she informed me that heart disease is the number killer in canada but that it was not as well publicized than other diseases.
i decided to to a “WANTED” poster to communicate that fact.
2nd illustrator project
for the 2nd illustrator project. i wanted to focus my “cause” on something health related influenced by my dietician sister. i initially was going to direct my cause toward diabetes and relying on type images to convey some facts. logo
